L2 successfull stamping - H1 in Admin Processing
My Husband has attended L2 visa interview on Oct 13th.
He had H1 visa interview in Aug which is in admin processing(221g).
My company immigration was hesitant to apply for L2, as they have seen cases where H4's were rejected, as people are immediately attending as dependents after H1 pending/Rejection.
the first question VO asked is What happened to your H1 sir?
Ans: My emp may revoke my petetion
Q: why is that? he dont have a job for you?
A: we have a job but as my case is with USCIS currently, my emp cant wait for such long time to hold my job.
Q: to which company your wife works for?
Q: where does she live in US?
Q: how long you have been married?
and after that he said you will receive your passport with visa in a week.
Note: we have a 2yr old baby who is US citizen.
