Hi,
My Organization applied for my wife’s L2 extension in premium along with my L1A extension in February 2020. I received my approval within 2 weeks. However, the status of my wife’s case is still Case Received. The biometrics were completed in March 2020 before COVID hit.
If there is no decision on my wife’s case within 240 days, will she have to back to India? Or can she stay in US as my L1A extension is approved.
Any guidance on this will be appreciated.
