L2 Visa interview at Hyd consulate
Hi,
Attended my L2 Visa interview today.Was litle tensed as my husbands L1 had gone for administrative processing few days back.But he did receive his Visa in 3-4 weeks.
Questions asked to me:
VO: Where is ur husband?
VO:Where will he go in US?
VO: How long have u been married?
VO: how long will u be in US?
VO:Do u know the client name?
VO:what does this client do?
I told the details, mostly L2 spouses aren't asked this questions, but still be prepared with the answer
How long has ur husband been working for this client?
(this will include his offshore involvement in the proj)--I didnt know the answer then,but u be prepared. I said he has been working for the client for quite some months,i dnt know the exact period. And now he'll be travelling for onsite activities.I think ideally u r supposed to say more than a year.Pls check.
He did not ask for any marriage snaps or certificate, etc.
Told me that I'll receive my passport in a week's time.
Suggestion to applicants, read as many experiences and question as possible.. and be prepared with the precise answers.
