Hi Guys..thanks all for adding your experiences..
I have been reader of this forum since 1 & half month..i had been prepared for all the question asked under L1B..also the behaviorial science durring interview such as Confidence,Calm & Crisp so on...despite of all preparation my application being kept pending under 221(g).VO asked me to apply for Different visa category L1b individual/H1B.
The question were simple & i replied all questions confidenltly...
1.What work you will do in US?
=> i will be designing & developing reporting solution for privat equity division of XX using my specialized skill. which includes AAA which is ZZ(My Company) properietary reporting tool along with ZZ properietary business intiligence & reporting methodolgy.
(he typed something in computer for 1 minute)
2. experience with current company?
=> mn month
3. for how much time you trained for your company reporting tool?
=> ss month's
4. when did you get married?
=> x year back on xx-xx-xx
That's It..then he given my white form of 221(g) stating that your visa is not refused, the application has been kept pending under section 221(g) hence we want your company to apply in different category visa H1B/L1B Individual on your behalf.
I just learned today...The final touch to success is always given by LUCK.
It was not my day :(
please let me know when can my company apply for H1B/L1B?
