NEVER EVER DARE TO SHOP WITH REDIFF.COM
I thought that these type of incidents might be rare with Rediff, but now I realized that there will be very rare number of people without any bad experience with rediff shopping.
I ordered for a Portable VCD/CD/MP3 Discman wide Order No 2975177 Dated 08-jan-2006 for Value INR 1209.00. I made payment using Credit Card and selected the option of payment with 3 EMIs. But to my surprise, the Credit Card was debited with the full amount the same day, and I have not received the Consignment till date. The status of the order is approved and pending.
Though I made many mails to the Customer Care (the one and only way to contact rediff customer care), I did not receive any reply for any of these.
So, from my experience,
