NEVER shop at Rediff
Shopping at Rediff sucks. My sister ordered rakhi hamper worth Rs. 1500 from India to USA 11 days ahead of Rakhi and I haven't received it yet.
The status kept showing Pending and on contacting customer support they said it has been delivered. After 2 days of Rakhi, the status was shown as despatched with courier info. On seeing the courier tracking at DHL, I found it was delivered at some other address which was NEVER mentioned in the order.
Repetitive mails to customer support has not resulted in anything. No replies...
