New employer supplement J form
Hi all,
I have a question which the answer is extremely important to me,
I have changed my employer 300 days after my I485 is been filed,
as my turn is close for possible RFE of supplement J form should I send them the Supplement J form now or wait for the RFE,
will they take it easy for employer change ( the company is much huger and my salary is higher with the same designation)
your advises are appreciated,
