Order not received
I had placed order for cordless phone on 30th July. paid through online bank transfer.Amount transferred immidiately. Till 6th August 2007 order not received. I have made compalint for 4-5 times. But no reply from rediff customer support. Fortunately I got contact phone number from this forum ( 022 24449144) and could contact rediff. But I have to again contact between 9:30Am to 6pm. But hence forth no purchase on rediff. Ebay is the best.
