Pathetic shopping exp
I brought one jewellery set from rediff shopping. I made payement through internet banking which took about 48 hrs to clear. In that span of time rediff called me twice to confirm about paymnet.
after confirmation they delivered order but that was defective. I mailed to customer care but for a week they didn't respond. I called customer care for about 5-6 times but each time they told to do a mail and sometimes the customer care executive drop the phone also instead of listening to my problem.
I mailed them to cancel my order but they replied to replace the order instead cancellation. Although they have a clause of cancellation of order also and money back also if you are not satisfied with the product.
Again I called them to cancel my order but they it seems they are not at all interested in customer support and after sales services.......
Still I am struggling with them and if anyone have same experience plz tell me I definitely want to go to consumer court against those people.
