Picked up the passport
I had my Visa interview on 28th September and after the interview, I opted for the Premium Courier Service to get the passport at my home address.
I started tracking from 1st October and status was Origination Scan for 1 week and from past 1 week the status was "Transit from post".
I had called up the number given by courier people on 5th Oct and they said the passport will be delivered by 6th or 7th but till date I didn't received from courier. When I called up customer care yesterday, their response was very vague and careless and they told me to just wait.
So, I decided to go to the VFS office in bangalore which is the pick up location and I got my passport there.
Paying Rs. 300 was completely waste. All I want to say is this VFS service has gone really bad these days.
My suggestion is to avoid opting for Premium Courier Service. It is simply just waste of your money.
