Plz guide - EB1C
Hi all,
This forum is great help. Please help me better understand below scenario :

I was in the US for 6 years and had approved I 140 filed as EB2, with priority date of april 2015.
I now in different country but with same company. My I 140 is still valid , means not revoked by employer. If the same employer gets me back to US on L1A, and they file EB1C, then will i still be counted for april 2015 priority date?
My birth country is India.
The reason i am asking this question is becasue EB1C for indians has backlog with priority date of 2016- that is my understanding from web searches / USCIS bulletin. Now i already have 2015 as priority date of previous i 140. In this scenatio am i ahead of line as my date is 2015 and backlog is as of 2016?

I understand this is not lawyers forum, but just curious if anyone has any opinion or experience? Thanks
