Processing times question
Hi all!
My I485 application was received by Texas SC on 06/02/2017
I have completed biometrics and received my AP/EAD documents 2 months later.
My case was then transferred to my field office (Norfolk, VA) in mid-August.
Employment-based interview completed on 10/31/2017. Everything went very well and the IO was very polite, however, my attorney didn't submit the supplemental form J and a RFE was issued after the interview.
The RFE was answered 1 week later (approx. 11/06/2017).
No status change since then...
I've checked the USCIS processing times and for my field office they are processing cases from March 5th as November 30th. (that means approx. 9 months the wait line)
QUESTION: the processing time is referred as the date my initial application was submitted to Texas (June 2017) or the date it was transferred to Norfolk (August 2017)???
Please, share your answers and give some light!!!
