Queries Regarding L1A Blanket Visa
Hi,
My Employer is filing L1A Blanket Visa for me for Program Manager Role. I have total 14.5 Year of experience. There will be 4 Direct reportee and 7 Indirect reportee at onshore. 3 Indirect Reportee are Contractors.
Total Project Revenue is less than 2 million.
Now i have below questions -
1. Whats the prospect of getting my L1A visa approved.
2. Is there any issue of having contractors as Indirect Reportee as i read that it can be problem. Now question i have is.. how consulate identifies that who are contractors.
3. Any other suggestions as i will be filling my form.
