Query regarding L1A Blanket
Hello Everyone, I had H1 visa before which expired in 2008 and then I got L1B Blanket which was stamped in 2010 and I was in USA on the same, till a month back.
Now, I am going for L1A Blanket stamping as I am a Senior Manager and playing the managerial role for quite some time, would the previous L1B pose any problem??
