I am working on L1b Visa since June 2008, in March 2011 , i got a fresh L1b visa which is valid till March 2014, This year my company is ready to file my green card (EB3 or EB2)
My question is -
1)Approximately by when i'll receive my I-140
2) If i file my H1 through New employer after approval of I140, i'll get H1 for 1 year or 3 year
3) What is the best bet for me, i want to switch my current job asap, but this visa thing is holding me back
