Question regarding green card application and current OPT
I am a M.S. finishing my degree in the first week of May. Me and my wife(who is an American Citizen) got married back in January of 2015. About a month ago(beginning of march) I sent out my application for OPT post completion. They notified they were processing it but I have not yet received acceptance or denial yet. I will be submitting my concurrent green card application this upcoming week(i 130 and i 485) with a new i 745.
My question is: How do I fill out questions:

-have you ever before applied for employment authorization?

How do I exactly fill those out, considering I have not technically received an answer from them even though I did apply previously a month ago? Thank you.
