I had ordered a flower arangement thru rediff.com for a wedding in my in-laws family, the delivered a week after the wedding and repeated mails to the rediff customer service gave the same answers just adding to my frustration.
Infact everytime I wrote to them the answere will be the same word to word. Rediff.Com is a major Con website, I have decided not to buy anything from them. They screwed up so badly.
