Rediff .com justs eats ur money without delivering
today is June 14. The order was placed on May 21st, 2004 (their site said it would be delivered in 10 days), It was approved and payment was received by you on May 26th based on an email from rediff and credit card statement. The order still shows pending delivery status with no courier information. After initial reply to a feedback form (stating that they are looking into the matter) on June 2nd, they have refused to reply to any of my emails, phone calls (phone number that i found after a lot of trouble) or filled out feedback forms.
