Rediff is horrible
I implore each and everyone of you never ever to use rediff India for online shopping. They never deliver on time and when they do, the item is not what you ordered for, not complete or not working. If you ask, there will be one reply telling how sorry they are and everything will be corrected soon. Then they conveniently ignore you.
I had ordered one pair of shoes (size 9) and I got a size 5 after 40 days of mental torture. I was mighty annoyed but they said it was a one-off experience.
Then I ordered the latest Harry Potter book from them only because they were offering a free gift of puzzle set worth Rs.600. The book came in time but there was no free gift with it. They said it will be delivered within 2 days but after 8 days still there is no gift. And they have stopped responding to my mails. Rediff sucks big time
