I ordered three shirts through online shopping of Rediff. I have received a mail from rediff confirming acceptance of order and subsequently despatch of the same through TNT Courier and a consignment number was given. The item was to be despatched by Shopping Mantra Enterprises, Borivli, Mumbai. Since I did not receive the ordered item, when I searched through the link 'track order' I was surprised to see that the consignment no given was for an item to be despatched to Damascus. I called up TNT couriers and they have informed that they have so far not received any consignment from rediff for delivery at my address. I have written to Rediffshopping Customer Care service, but no response. I am not sure, whether I am not going to get my ordered item or my money has gone waste.
