Rediff Shopping has still not dispatched the books I ordered-Very slow service!
Through Rediff Shopping, on June 19, 2008, I had ordered the book "Nigella Express", order number 4669005. On checking my order status today, it shows dispatch status as "pending" after nearly 2 weeks. This means that the courier company, Aramex, has still not been given the book by Rediff shopping to dispatch to me....I just can't understand why it takes more than two weeks to dispatch ONE book from Chennai (Landmark is the seller) to Hyderabad! This is very very disappointing. I have written a mail to Rediff shopping twice and each time I get the same automated reply that it will take 2-3 weeks, but that is after it is dispatched right? Here, the order has not even been dispatched! What kind of service is this?
