I had sent a rakhi hamper to my brother in India and not only were the gifts not delivered on the rakhi day
--> delivery was made more than a week after the rakhi day
--> the sweets in the hamper had turned bad
--> the courier person did not deliver at my home but asked my brother to come and pick it up from their office.
When I got to know this I was shocked, and totally disappointed. This is so unbelievable specailly since I knew I was paying an astronomical amount for the gift hamper - the only reason I chose it was that it will reach in time and in good condition.
