Rediff sucks !!
i ordered a Benq dc2300 digital camera on 01 august thru DD. it got approved on 10 and dispatched(they tell me). I have not recieved it yet.
i called customer support several times only to be cutoff midsentence.
this was my first and of course LAST mistake of shopping online!
and yes, how is rediff getting away with such fraud.
