REDIFF SUCKS
Hi all,
I ordered a Nokia Commuicator 9300 on rediff my Credit Card on 8th Aug 2006. They claimed that the item wud be delivered in 7 working days but it has been more than 11 days and there is no response from them. When I check the status online it says "Awaited Confirmation" however when i contacted my bank they told me that they have authorised rediff to charge the money but the LOUSY BASTARDS are taking forever to proceed. Everytime I mail their customer svc team i just get an automated response that "SOMEBODY" will contact soon but I guess they are just not interested. Now I cant even buy the gadget from the market as my bank cant block the payment. I AM F***ED. My dear friends .. after my experience I would just advise you all that PLS PLS PLS dont buy any stuff online in India cos IDIOTS like REDIFF JUST CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
