I have ordered a dvd player for my niece. They send defective product, tried to contact them thru the customer services (thats the only option we have to contact them) no reponse for past 10 days. I have raised dispute thru my credit card company. NEVER NEVER DO SHOPPING IN REDIFF.COM. I have tried couple of other sites in past all are very good (like fabmall, sify, chennaionline, etc)
