Hi All,
Not sure whether it can be pure bad luck.Please help if you have any clue:
September,2006 - My company had applied for H1B and the Petition was denied for "Lack of Specialized Knowledge" even after a thorough reply to the issued RFE.
August,2007 - My company applied agin for L1B Individual. This time denied straight for the same above reason.
I am a BE in Civil Engineering, holding 2-IBM, 1-Sun, 1-Oracle, 1 CAD and a couple of other preofessional certifications. I also had a paper published in an International Conference on software Engineering.I have total of 24 months experience in Mainframe - Enhancement & Testing.
