RFE for EB1c
We recieved the following RFE for G-325A.
"The form G-325A you have provided appears incomplete.According to form G325 you live in city ZZZ.The employment section of the form indicates that your employer address is YYY.Please provide and explanation of your answer on a separate sheet."
My question is would there be any templates to answer such RFE. Unfortunately my employer who filed the original i140 and i485 said that they wont be handling any rfe's and we need to employ a personal attorney for this.
However if we hire a personal attorney, they might not have any idea of what was written in i140 .
If anyone has received such RFE they can please help.
Also the attorney quotes 350$/hr in Los Angeles area to answer the rfe. Is this normal attorney rates for RFE?
