RFE query
Hi everyone,
I believe this is the best forum to get the answers to all our queries.
I know ppl are more talking on interview sessions and I m sure this is going to help me big time once i reach that stage.
However, at this point I am stuck at RFE stage.
Background of my case.
L1b individual was filed on end of Nov 2014
RFE received in the first week of Feb 2015
RFE responded in the last week of Arp 2015
It is 2 months above and wanted to know when should I see the movement going.
I have referred to few other forums and they say you should have the response in 2 months.
One of my colleague got his approval in 2 weeks from the day he responded his RFE and that was regular case too.
Please help
