RFE Response processing time?
Hi All,
My application was filed with NSC in June 2016 under EB1C. I received an RFE for I-140 in Aug, 2017 and submitted the response on Oct 25, 2017. So far the status on the USCIS website keeps saying "Response to RFE was received".
How long does USCIS take to process the RFE response? My 485 application is pending for I-140 approval for a long time. After the I-140 is approved, how long will it take for 485 to be processed?
