VO: Hi (Here I should greet her first but forgot to do that. Please remember.)

Me: Hi Good Morning

VO: Which company you are working for?

Me: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

VO: What are your current roles and responsibilities?

Me: I’m involved in Functional, Regression and Performance testing………..etc

VO: Who is your customer?

Me: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

VO: She did not hear it proper and asked me again who?

Me: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

VO: What is your specific skill set?

Me: I have good experience in QTP and Loadrunner tools and can work on Estimation,…Manual and Automation testing(Regresion,Performance) and certified tester……….etc………

VO: We don’t feel that you have specific skill set that is required to approve L1B and ask your company to file for other type of Visa H1B or L1A(Don’t remember exactly if she has mentioned L1A)…..………etc.

My suggestions to you: Before going to the interview take good rest and plan to reach the interview place before 1 hour(there the process is you should stand in queue).Very imp do not take your Mobile or any other metal item to the colsulate, keep them in your room. If you bring these things you ahve to submit them at one counter which is also a queue. When you reach the interview officer do not forget to greet(Good Mng...etc) first. Then another imp thing is your voice should be very clear that he/she should hear it proper and understand.Be prepare to explain your current responsibilities and the role that you are going to perform at onsite. You should be very confident. The Visa officer might not know about the technology that youa re working.Mostly they look your confidence and the communication skills and try to expalin your specific skill set different to the generic(Like testing.java,.net...etc)
