Candidate: No
VO: If you have not developed this tool, how can you be specialized in this tool ?
Candidate: I am into testing of the application.
VO: I am sorry, sir! Your visa is not clearly approvable.
Candidate: :(
What should be the best answer in this scenario. The candidate actually is not involved in development but knows in and out of the application.
