US L1-B Visa Approved
Thanks a lot to this forum. God bless the guy whoever started this forum and all of them whoever sharing their valuable experiences.

First and foremost thing:
If you already hold any Business Visa, and already visited US before on B1 and your stay was for close to 3 months. ............in that case......if they ask you about why did you go on B1 , don't say that you went for training.
Becoz, they consider training can not be spanned for 3 months and they understand that you went for working previously on B1 , so they might reject/cancel your B1 as well, along with the L1.
This happened yesterday with one of my colleague.
So be careful, and answer in such a way that you went for requirement gatherings and to take part in the product meetings and proposals etc....

Coming to my case today:
Suggestions from my experience:
Don't go to the interview with Cell phones or back packs, or any sort of bags. They wont allow any of them and they dont provide any space to keep them. So only go with the documents required.

Go to the consulate at least 1 and half to 2 hours before. Because there is no proper management outside by the security personnel. Our educated great Indian guys likes to not to follow the queue. Its quite disgusting to see such cheap behavior.

Once you enter inside, things will move quickly. Dont get panic. Dont be in a hurry to get your turn for the interview and come out. Stay calm and cool. you will get directions from the guiding staff at each point.

Get all your documents lined up properly. Arrange them in such a way that you can pick out the required one easily.

You have to show the interview appoint confirmation at the entrance.
Make sure you smile at and wish the officers inside.

questions i have got from the officer:
which company you work for.
how long you have been with the company
what is your salary in india per annum.
what are you going to do in US.

Answer the questions quickly and crisply. Show confidence......and make sure you listen very carefully to them, they will be asking questions quickly because of the fact that they have lots of candidates waiting.

best of luck.

Dont forget to post your experience,
