i had my b1 Visa interview today @ New delhi and Visa got rejected... pls find the interview below,

VO : HOW LONG YOU WILL STAY THERE ?
ME : 2 WEEKS AND COMEBACK
VO : WER DO U WORK ?
ME : YYYY (A SWEDISH TELECOM GIANT WITH PRESENCE IN 120+ COUNTRIES )
VO : HOW LONG U R WORKING WITH YYYY ?
ME : 2 YEARS AND 1 MONTH
VO : WATS YOUR SALARY ?
ME : 40000 INR AFTER TAXES.

then he gave me 214 B form...
he didnt asked for any single doc... i dont know what went wrong... can anyone help me ?
my company want to reapply again , what do u suggest , will it help ? and after how many days ?
