I-140 to I-485?
I filed for both I-140 and I-485, along with I-131 and I-765, concurrently and was the application received by NSC on 3/30/16. I was just approved yesterday for my I-140. I was under the impression that if I get approved, I will be approved for all the forms concurrently. I was clearly mistaken. In your experience, when you file for both forms concurrently, how long does it take for my I-485 to approve once you get approved for your I-140? Below is my timeline:
I-131, I-140, I-485, I-765 Received: 3/30/16
Biometrics done: 4/27/16
EAD Received: 5/2/16
I-140 Approved: 11/15/16
