Thanks to this forum, which helped me a lot to prepare for my L1B interview. Sharing my interview experience.

VO: Good morning sir. How r u?
me: i am good. thank u. How about you?

VO: doing good.

started firing his questions now:

VO: which company do you work for?
me: ZZZ

VO: for how long u have been working there? (looking at the system, may be going through my DS-160)
me: ZZZ

VO: your specialization?
me: YYYY

VO:what does this do?
me: explained him in detail (3-4 mins)

VO: what will be ur designation in US?
me:ZZZ

VO: your salary/annum in US
me: YYYY

VO: Which place u will be travelling to?
me: ZZZ

Finally the golden word came - "I am approving ur visa sir". he stamped my I-129 forms and kept my passport. Returned 2 copies of I-129 asking them to produce at port of entry.

My Tips:

Smile while u talk to VO.
Be well dressed and also well prepared.
To the point answer no verbose.
maintain eye contact with VO.
Be courteous.
Be Confident don't panic.
