Applying for L1B and wife already in USA on H1B
I have situation with me and not sure if its common or no.
My wife is already in USA and working with a big company on H1B. Her wage is approved and pretty soon her employer will submit her perm as well.
Currently I m in India to reset my clock for next visa. I was in USA for 5 yrs and came back to India in 2015 and now my employer is applying my L1B from India.
I am just wondering, because my wife is already in USA on H1B, is it going to impact my visa approval chances meaning chances are more for rejection because my wife already in USA? May b its a very silly question but I am just concerned.....
