I485 Approved!!!
It's been a long wait and my family finally got our I485 approval today.
EB2 ROW, Texas Service Center
March 2016: I-140(premium), I-485 Submission
April 2016: EAD/AP Approval
November 2016: 1st case inquiry through USCIS website
January 2017: 2nd case inquiry through USCIS website
January 2017: contacted state senator (VA) through online inquiry
2/1/2017: I485 Approval
It took more than 10 months for us to get our I485 approved. It was a long wait and we ended up contacting our state senator about it to see what is going on with our case and if there is any way to speed up the process. And our I485 got approved about two weeks after contacting him!
If there is anyone who haven't heard back about their cases for more than 10 months, I suggest you to contact your state senator about it. It can be very helpful especially if your senators are pro-immigration.
