Thanks a lot for sharing your experience, it was really helpful!

My wife is pregnant and it just took 20min to complete the overall process. The people working there were really helpful and gave us a priority.
1. There was a separate team to help to arrange the documents. Form I-129S, Form 1-797 (first page of the booklet) and DS-160, arranged it as three different sets. Keep your passport and Demand Draft (fraud prevention and detection fee of $500) along with it. FYI, they didn't care about Form G-28 and organization supporting letter.
2. I was sent to a counter, they took my DD and attached two sets of receipts with the first set of the booklet.
3. In the next counter, they took both of our fingerprints
4. Finally, they sent us to a VO

I had so many things running in my head and thinking about all possible aspects of the question. But the interview was really simple and VO was very cool!

Here are the questions I was asked,

VO: Very good morning, how are you doing today?
Me: Good morning, I am doing great, how are you?

VO: I am doing very well! So, you are working for XYZ company?
Me: Yes, you are right!

VO: And, you are traveling to Sunnyvale, California?
Me: Absolutely!

VO: What is your salary in the US?
Me: YYYY USD per year

VO: What is your designation in the US?
Me: Frontend Engineer

VO: What are your specialization?
Me: A very brief information about my specialization (Go through your supporting letter provided from your organization) I highlighted more about the technologies related to my organization. For example, I am specialized in company's very own development framework, company's templating engine, and company's sales tools known as blah, blah, blah which are developed by me.

VO: What is your highest qualification?
Me: Bachelor of Engineering

To my wife,

VO: What is your highest qualification?
Wife: Bachelor of Engineering

VO: How long you have been married?
Wife: XYZ

VO: What was the special food for your wedding?
Wife: XYZ

VO: What is your favorite sweet?
Wife: XYZ

VO: I am approving your visa and you can relax now! I have few things to update the system, please give me 2mins.
Me: Sure, please take your time.

Note:
1. Keep smiling and talk confidently
2. No dress code but a formal wear will look better
3. Do not see how others responds to the question
4. Go through the supporting letter provided by your organization

I was prepared for,
1. What is your specialization?
2. What do you do?
3. What will you do in the US? Or what is your purpose of the visit?
4. Why only you? Or why did they choose you for this position?
5. What is your project? Or what is special about your project?
6. What happens if you fall sick or met with an accident?
7. Good information about your tool, product or project.

All the best, Good luck!
