I wanted to post my experience for L1B renewal right after my interview but hope this will help now.
VO took my passport and entered details in computer and he asked me below questions.

A. Answered
VO. Your Designation.
A. Answered
VO. What is your specialization?
A. Explained about what i do.
VO. To my wife: What did you do in study?
A. my wife answered about her top most study certification
VO. To my 4 years son: Do you know who he (me) is?
A. Funny answer (VO laughed)
Q. To my 4 years son: Do you know who she (my wife) is?
A. Funny answer (VO laughed again)
It was good experience. VO was very nice and happy during whole interview. She approved my renewal.
