Hi,
I wanted to share my experience and thank all the contributors to this forum. It has helped me tremendously in the very long and stressful process of getting my green card.
Here is my timeline.
- PERM filed: Nov 2015
- PERM approved: April 2016
- Filed I-140, I-485 on May 31st, 2016 for me
- July 2016: received EAD for me
- Aug 2016: Filed I-485 for my husband
- Oct 2016: received my husband's EAD
- Nov 2016, upgraded I-140 to premium processing
- Dec 2016 - I-140 approved
- March 3, 2016 - I-485 approved for me. My husband got a RFE :)
- March 10, 2016: GC delivered
It took 9 months to get my I-485 approved. It was very stressful, but now, all is better. We are supplying documents for the RFE next week and it should be approved pretty fast after that.
