L1A Individual Visa approved @ Chennai Consulate (31st March 2017 @ 9:00AM)
Really happy to share my visa experience. Everyone wants to achieve their goals in life. Past 2 weeks I'm restless for the visa interview . You don't believe , I have read the visa experience in Immihelp almost pages closed to 50, around 3-4 times. I was well prepared with lot of Questions.. but there is not much.

Today morning, I got my visa approved.

Visa Officer looks so strict and rejected the previous one's asking lot of questions...

I was very cool and maintained my smile as it is.

Me: Hey, Good Morning!
VO: Not even greeted back, Can I have your passport please?

Me: How are you doing today? Here is my passport.
VO: Smiled & Thanks Mam. Good!

VO: Which company you are working for?
Me: Answered

VO: How long you are working with this company?
Me: 9.7 Years

VO: Which Place you are going to work?
Me: Stamford, Connecticut

VO: Which Visa you applied for?
(In the VAC office, they wrongly specified L1-Blanket stamp in my passport backside)
Me: explained and said L1A-Individual

VO: Oh ok. Have you worked before in US?
Me: No. But I was traveled 3 times on a Business Visa

VO: typed something on the system and then said "I'm approving your visa Mam" and you can collect your passport in 4-5 Days. Smiled
Me: Smiled back and said "Hey You've made my Day! Thank you so much!

There is very less possibility of rejection in L1A-Individual. Since the petition got approved in USCIS.

Interview got over in 10 mins... My strong advise is: Don't get nervous, stay meditative mood, smile and relaxed. Listen to them and answer accordingly. Also don't talk when they are saying something.

I observed, the VO is very keen on eye contact and confidence. In that case he is not asking much questions. Good Luck to all!
