I-485 approved (RFE for spouse)
Hi everyone,

Here's my timeline. I was on an H-1B visa (having previously been on J-1) and applied for an EB2 green card, with normal processing. My I-485 was processed in Nebraska. My wife (currently on an H-4) applied at the same time.

02/18/2016 - I-140 received by USCIS
07/18/2016 - I-140 approved

[There was a delay here, as my wife found she was pregnant and needed to wait till the second trimester to get a tetanus shot.]

12/09/2016 - I-485, I-765, I-131 submitted (for both me and my wife)
12/12/2016 - documents accepted by USCIS
12/16/2016 - fingerprint fees received
02/09/2017 - biometric appointments
03/01/2017 - I-765 and I-131 approved
03/02/2017 - AP/EAD cards mailed
06/07/2017 - My I-485 approved
06/12/2017 - card mailed

Instead of I-485 approval, my wife received an RFE, requesting a copy of the long form of her birth certificate (as she'd submitted a copy of the short form, the only one she had). We have until 09/07/2017 to provide it, and have ordered one from our home country. It should take a week or two to arrive.

Good luck, everyone!
