Hi i am working as a Business Research Analyst based out in India. My Parent company is a Manufacturing MNC headquartered in USA. My Subsidiary in the USA has filed a petition for my L1B Visa in the U.S. What are the chances of Visa getting approved ? especially for a manufacturing firm because i have seen a lot of rejection experiences for IT firms? My Parent company is a Public Company headquartered in USA; Will this help me in getting the Visa ?
