NEW RULE: All I-485/AOS Applicants Will Require Interview
According to a notice posted on the USCIS website, all applicants filing employment based I-485/AOS will be subject to an interview.
I asked my lawyer if I would be affected, and they said, more than likely.
This isn't necessarily a new rule, it's just that previous to the executive order on immigration, interviews for employment based applications were waived. Since the executive order, that will no longer be the case.
