I140 and I485 concurrently filed; Visa gonna expire
Hi,
I am on L1A visa. My company filed I140 and I485 together in August 2017. I have the submission notice reference number with me. My visa is gonna expire in November 2017.
I really doubt if I get my I140 approved before my visa expiry.
Am I legally allowed to stay back as my I140 and I485 are in processing stage or should I apply for my vsia extension.
Please Advise.
