I've been refreshing this site on daily/hourly basis for last few months to get some inspiration and moral strength :) I think today it finally helped:)
my 'fingerprint fees was received' was on Oct14 2016
and today I finally see 'new card is being produced' , it just one day less than a year of waiting since last status change
