It seems the long waiting has been ended finally - the status has been changes from "Fingerprint Fee Received" to " New Card is being Produced".
Here is the timeline -
I-140, I-485, I-765 & I-131 all filed together - December 22, 2016
EAD Received in - 15 Feb, 2017
I-140 (regular) - around 2nd week of May 2017 (although received the approved document through mail but the online status never changed from Case Received)
I-485: Approved on October 16, 2018 ( Status shows "new card is being produced)
EB2 - at TSC, Nationality: Bangladeshi
