Received an incorrect RFE
Here is my update. PD: March 1, 2017
I-140 EB2-NIW submitted to TSC on March 1, 2017
I-140 Approved on June 16
I-485, I-765, I-131 submitted on July 26
Biometrics done on August 16
Case transferred to NBC on September 19
However, on October 16 I received a notice about Missing Supplement J. I spoke with my attorney and this is indeed a mistake, as eb1a and eb2niw do not require an offer of employment and, therefore, I was not supposed to submit Supplement J.
Now the interview is imminent and I will have to explain it to the immigration officer.
