Eb2- TSC- Switching job while waiting for GC
Hi All,
My company filed for my I-485 in November, 2016. However, my status has not changed since then and I have not received my GC yet. Unfortunately, my company is going out of business soon and I need to consider switching job. I understand that my application will not have to start over since it has passed more than 180 days on I-485. However, would switching job at this point delay my GC? Do you guys have any suggestions/comments/experience to share ? I highly appreciate that.
