• Got the email from USCIS in Dec.2016
• Asked my constituency congressman help in Jan.2017
• The Congressman office send an inquiry to USCIS in Jan.2017
• USCIS replied to the congressman office that they need 30-45 days background check.
• 2nd inquiry by attorney in Feb.2017
• Renew my EAD on Feb.28th.2017.
• USCIS was received on Mar.10th.2017.
• Email to congressman, requested a help in Mar.2017.
• USCIS replied the email on Mar.10th.2017.
• 3rd inquiry by attorney in Apr.2017
• 4th inquiry by attorney in Jun.2017
• 2nd Biometric in Aug.2017
• 5th inquiry by attorney in Aug.2017
• Requested an Ombudsman help in Sep.2017
• RFE received (retake a medical report and J-form) on Sep.19th.2017
• Submitted RFE on Oct.2nd.2017
• Responded to USCIS received on Oct.6th.2017
• USCIS’S website showed “respond to uscis received” on Oct.10th .2017
• Website showed my case was approved on Oct.16th.2017
• Got the approval letter on Oct.19th.2017
• Got the welcome letter on Oct.21.2017
• Got the card on Oct.23rd.2017

Finally, my case was approved and got the card in my hand.
